Energy Program Evaluation

Our unique approach combines program design with evaluation protocols. Evaluation is of little value if resources have already been spent. UIG Applied Energetics employs a proven three tiered approach.

Applying Resources & Getting Results

Before a program begins, criteria are defined by building consensus and commitment among key participants. These criteria help to assure that programs are properly conceived. They are used to determine, at the outset, that a proper management and delivery structure is in place. That’s the first tier.

Keeping on track means guidance during program delivery, when it matters, not when it’s too late. Many small incremental changes can derail the best conceived program. That’s the second tier.

Maintaining adherence to criteria is the key to understanding actual achievement. Evaluation means follow-up with recommendations for improvements that help to reach goals. Justifying continued resource commitments to a program, should be based on measured outcomes -metrics which are credible and easily understood.

That’s the third tier of UIG Applied Energetics program design and evaluation.
